Preparation
Arrive at the Jatiluhur pier. Set up your tackle, get a short briefing from the skipper, then board the boat.

Morning Session
The best time to fish! Fish feed actively in the morning. Fish cage areas and submerged rocks are the priority spots.

Break and Lunch
Rest through midday. Lunch is not included — bring your own or buy some before heading out.

Afternoon Session
Keep fishing until late afternoon. Switch techniques and spots to suit the water. The skipper helps you navigate to new spots.

MAIN TARGET
Giant Snakehead (Toman)
The king of Jatiluhur's predators. The main casting target — hard-fighting, loves cover, and hits surface lures aggressively.
MOST WANTED
Peacock Bass
An exotic South American fish that now lives in Jatiluhur. Bright colors, an incredible fight, and very responsive to lures.
SURFACE FIGHTER
Striped Snakehead (Gabus)
A wild, aggressive surface predator. Loves topwater lures and frogs. Can grow very large in Jatiluhur.
GIANT SIZE
Pangasius (Patin)
A big fish that makes your drag scream. Can reach huge sizes in Jatiluhur and is often a surprise catch while casting.
BEAUTIFUL COLORS
Red Devil
A cichlid with a striking bright red color. A tough fighter even though it is smaller than other predators. Likes small lures.
RAREST
Knifefish (Belida)
A rare, iconic fish with a unique knife-like body. Very hard to catch, so landing one is a real point of pride.

Frequently asked questions
Is fishing tackle provided, or do I bring my own?
You need to bring your own tackle, bait, and lures. We only provide the boat and skipper. Need tackle recommendations? Ask us on WhatsApp!
How many people fit on one boat?
A maximum of 2 people per boat for safety and comfort. For groups, we can arrange several boats at once.
Does the trip still go ahead if it rains?
It depends on the conditions. Trips usually go ahead in light rain — it is often the best time to fish. In a big storm we will reschedule for safety.
Can I book on the day, or do I need to book ahead?
Same-day bookings are possible as long as a boat is available. But we recommend booking at least a day ahead to make sure a boat and skipper are free.
Is food provided?
Food is not included in the package. We suggest bringing your own or buying some near the pier before you board.
Can I take my catch home?
Of course! Everything you catch is yours. Bring a coolbox or a large plastic bag if you want to take your fish home.
