Using bfs rods

When fish will only take small lures, or at spots that need accurate casts with light lures — gaps in vegetation and the edges of fish cages.

Light power (UL–L) with a soft tip, so even a light lure can load the rod on the cast. The printed lure rating is usually small.

Pair it with a BFS reel and thin line, for example PE 0.6–0.8 or 6–8 lb fluorocarbon, to suit the reel's spool capacity.
